Proper preparation ensures the best results. Softening wax beforehand makes removal easier, quicker and more comfortable.
3–4 Days Before
Apply Earol spray or olive oil to affected ear(s) twice daily. This softens hard wax, allowing complete removal during your appointment.
What To Use
- Earol spray (available from pharmacies)
- Medical-grade olive oil
- Sodium bicarbonate ear drops
What NOT To Use
- Cotton buds (push wax deeper)
- Ear candles (dangerous and ineffective)
- Excessive irrigation at home
